The Alfa 12 3/8 HBLS L&W #12 Hubless Chopper Plate is made from German tool steel. This plate will fit size 12 meat grinders and power attachments. L&W plates are made with special chrome-vandium steel for more efficient processing. 3/8 inch holes. Replaces Hobart P-16426-1.
