I like these better than the plastic tracks they replaced. We have been running them for several months and the only problem is we have lost and broken several of the metal keepers that keep the track pins in place. The tracks come with a few extra pieces. We are down to our last pair and I haven't found a contact method on the website. To be fair, we play rough, sometimes going over 4 to 5 inch river rocks at the river bed. My review would be a 5 if these tracks could be repaired. If we cannot repair these, we will probably have to go to a different brand track.
